This program is for agents that either work with women, or have customers that are women.
Objectives:
- Identify what are the differences in the way of doing business with a woman.
- Learn how to be more successful in your communication skills when working with a woman.
- Understand simple tips and ideas that will improve your business when working with women.
Session Goal:
To learn and understand what women do & want and how to close the deal!
I will explain the differences in the way that women and men do business and describe how that applies to the way an agent should do their marketing, promoting, selling process, support systems, etc.
I will be presenting with at least one idea or practical example on how to do it right and will offer if times allows to work with real examples from the participants so they can take tips from real cases.
